Get to know

We’ll start with emails to see if my services are a fit for your business. We’ll talk about your needs and audience, our expectations from each other, content goals, and next steps.

If it’s a fit, I’ll send a proposal with contract. If everything looks great, you’ll sign it, send it back, and pay the down payment.

Run through proposal

Begin research

Time to know your business on a deeper level! I’ll ask for a couple of things from you: (a) marketing guidelines and brand book; (b) any relevant content you have such as product brochures, technical documentation, sales presentations; and (c) if needed, time to interview appropriate persons in your organization.

Based on the gathered information plus initial research on my part, I’ll draft an outline. As soon as you approve, I’ll start writing!

Send content

We’ll now review the final content and check if everything is in order. You’ll have one opportunity to suggest changes and revisions up to seven days after the content delivery date.
